By accessing or using TripThatFits (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
TripThatFits is an informational trip-budget estimation tool. It helps you explore where you can afford to travel by ranking destinations against a budget and showing itemized cost estimates.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that estimates will be accurate or current, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it is fit for any particular purpose. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
The Service links out to third-party booking partners. When you follow one of these links, you leave TripThatFits and complete any booking on the partner's own website, subject to the partner's terms and privacy policy. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, availability, pricing, or the goods and services you purchase from them.
We participate in affiliate programs and may earn a commission when you book through our outbound links, at no additional cost to you. Commissions do not influence how destinations are ranked. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

The Service, including its text, layout, design, and software, is owned by Qvan LLC (d/b/a TripThatFits) or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own trip planning. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qvan LLC (d/b/a TripThatFits), its officers, and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or travel arrangements, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qvan LLC (d/b/a TripThatFits) and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may modify or discontinue the Service, and we may update these Terms, at any time. Material changes take effect when we post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
